Ordering Instructions
If you wish to purchase parts displayed in this catalog, simply fill out the order form select the products you need and it’s done. Or you can telephone our office at 1.937.362.3871, or mail your order with check or money order. We also ship COD. To make ordering more convenient we also have a FAX machine. The number is 1.937.362.3872. PLEASE STATE MAKE, MODEL, YEAR, & SERIAL NUMBER. Sometimes snapshots are also helpful.
Shipping Instructions
Prices quoted in this catalog do not include shipping charges. Most orders will be shipped to you via UPS. We also ship Parcel Post or truck if necessary. The manner of shipping is dependent upon the weight and the physical size of the parts. If a parts package is more than 70 pounds or more than 130 inches in total length and girth, it will be shipped freight collect through commercial trucking. Shipping costs are difficult to estimate. Please include extra for shipping, if you send too much we will refund, if not enough we will invoice you with shipment.
Prices
This catalog includes our most recent stock and price lists. Because of shifting market conditions, part stocks and prices are subject to change without further notice. All previous Rosewood Machine and Tool Company catalogs are now considered void.
Warranty
Our parts are reproductions. They are not new original. All of our parts are made authentic in every detail possible. Manifolds and other castings are made from new patterns and are made of cast iron just like the original. They are all machined and ready to install. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, send the parts back for a full refund less shipping cost. If you discover the parts purchased from our catalog are substandard, we will replace the part or give you a refund equal to the purchase price. Parts will not be replaced, or money refunded, if the customer is responsible for the parts substandard nature through use or misuse. Rosewood Machine and Tool Company does not take responsibility for the manner in which these parts are used. The seller and manufacturer shall not be held liable for losses, injury, or damage arising from the use or physical limits of the product. Once the Product has been used, the user shall from that point be responsible for all risk and liability related to the product.

Information on Returning Merchandise
U.P.S. Delivery
If you received damaged merchandise delivered through UPS, there are specific guidelines you should follow:
The box in which your merchandise was shipped must be kept, along with the damaged items. UPS will inspect the packaging and the merchandise. UPS will then contact you, and provide instructions on what to do with the damaged merchandise.
If on the other hand, your purchase only partially arrives, weigh the received package and compare your measurements with the weight of the package before it was shipped.
Truck Delivery
When a shipment is coming to you by truck delivery, you should follow the guidelines explained below:
At its arrival, your shipment packaged should be counted. When your count is complete, compare it to the figure stated on the bill of lading. If you find a discrepancy, immediately inform the carrier.
The carrier will provide a “Concealed Damage Report” this form will be needed in processing your claim. You will also need a copy of the paid freight bill of lading.
Damaged merchandise should not be returned to Rosewood Machine and Tool Company. The transit company is responsible for merchandise damaged during shipping. Your claim should reflect the entire invoice amount.
